* University degree or equivalent in Planning, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology * Certified Project Manager or advanced experience in Global project management (eg. IPMA C, PMP) * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * More than 15 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor industry with specific knowledge of manufacturing and planning system * SAP ERP knowledge required. Experience with SAP APO/SNP/CTM will be added advantage * Strong verbal and communication skill as well as the ability to work across multiple organization and virtual groups * Strong problem solving skillset with the ability to resolve or manage conflict * Experience in project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills * Good technical skillset in using data and analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL and SAP Analysis/BO, Tableue * Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a dynamic and changing team environment * Strong critical thinking and analysis skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks * Ability to enforce and constantly strive to achieve the highest quality results with a great team spirit
