* Drive department overall digital transformation strategy roadmap * Revisit post integration- internal business processes and identify area for improvement. * Assist with the development of new fit-for-purpose digital solutions (EDI, E2E integration) to improve operational efficiency. * Serve as a liaison between SCM and IT to assist, gather and develop business functional requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations * Partake in the implementation of the project including conducting training & necessary documentation. * Work closely with project team to ensure smooth delivery of solution * Work in a team to develop solution that is best in class and align to company's goal * To meet the key business users to understand business needs or question and to provide data, reports and analysis to answer question in a timely manner. * Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs * Demonstrated fluency in business processes and process differentiation * Observes and proactively acts on digitalization trends to bring Supply Planning processes execution to next level with crossed functional team., Just register on our Applicant Portal. * University degree or equivalent in Planning, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology * Certified Project Manager or advanced experience in Global project management (eg. IPMA C, PMP) * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * More than 15 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor industry with specific knowledge of manufacturing and planning system * SAP ERP knowledge required. Experience with SAP APO/SNP/CTM will be added advantage * Strong verbal and communication skill as well as the ability to work across multiple organization and virtual groups * Strong problem solving skillset with the ability to resolve or manage conflict * Experience in project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills * Good technical skillset in using data and analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL and SAP Analysis/BO, Tableue * Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a dynamic and changing team environment * Strong critical thinking and analysis skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks * Ability to enforce and constantly strive to achieve the highest quality results with a great team spirit
